Life with three children is both hectic and rewarding, as Keith and Courtney Krebill know first-hand. And with three active boys, Louie, Calvin, and Miles, extra space is always welcome.
“We began entertaining the idea of adding on and remodeling to make our home what we wanted. At the same time, we decided to also see what was on the market in our area to determine if there was an existing home that fit our needs.”
The first time they went through their new home, they immediately fell in love with the setting and location.
“It was important that we chose a home that we were excited to raise our three young boys in. This home offered a safe street and friendly neighbors for our kids to play with, and a large yard for our chickens to run around in. This home fit the bill, and we knew it was where we wanted to call home.”
Just as important as it was for Keith and Courtney to find the right home for all of their needs, it was equally important to utilize a realtor that knew the market and could help get them the right price.
