When Jamal Chilton and Jazzlynn Yarbrough
, who’d been renting a home for a
couple of years, became pregnant with their first child, they were so excited!
They decided it was time to find a home of their own, where they could make the
family memories they’d dreamed of creating.
“We wanted to find a new construction home with character,” says Jamal. “We
wanted something that would fit our desire to create new memories and was big
enough to grow into as a new family.”
Because Jamal’s job keeps him on the road for 28 weeks a year, finding time to
house hunt was tough. “Brooke and her team went above and beyond to
accommodate my crazy schedule,” he explains. “From the time we began house
hunting in March until the day we closed in September, Brooke and her team
came with us to every viewing and walk through. She advocated for us in all of
the negotiations and got us exactly what we wanted. Her team even helped throw
our house warming party!”
The couple appreciated Brooke’s advice to take their time and enjoy the house
hunting process. “Brooke handled all the logistics and heavy lifting,” Jamal says.
“There’s no other real estate team around the area that’s as knowledgeable and
that will give you such personal service as Brooke and her team!”
Since buying and moving into their new home, Jamal and Jazzlynn welcomed
baby Jayce, now 14 months, into the world. They’ve settled into life as a young
family in their new home and couldn’t be happier. “We appreciate the blessing of
raising our son as a family unit in a beautiful new home designed just for us.”
